What ages are appropriate for your soft play equipment?

1 to 5 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult when in soft play area. We ask that children older than 5 years old not be permitted in equipment area.

Price does include setup and delivery in the Lake Charles, LA and surrounding areas within a 20 mile radius of our service area. There is a fee for delivery outside the 20 mile radius.

Yes! We love company events.

PAYMENT

You will receive an invoice by email. Payment is required at time of booking in order to comfirm and hold you desired date.

CANCELLATIONS

You can reschedule your rental for another date in the event you have to cancel. Reschedule date can be no more than 3 months after the date of your event was scheduled.

OTHER POLICIES

Big Games Rental and all repersentatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the use or set-up/removel of a rental.

You are responsible for any damage of any item(s) rented. Damage, theft or misuse of any rented items in your care will result in a $150 to $250 recover fee. You will be invoiced for the missing or damaged item(s).
